1. Our Organisation
NeatResearch Laboratories Limited ("NeatResearch") is a UK-registered company (Company No. GB-10062451), with its registered address at 42 Platts Road, Enfield, London EN3 5NA. We trade under the brand names ProsperGene and Prosperity Network via the platform at prospergene.com.
Our business activities include:
- Development and global sale of science-backed wellness products, including dietary supplements (MitoTaur range), skincare, and the BSR-1 Smart Ring biometric wearable device.
- Operation of the Prosperity Network — a structured referral and commission programme enabling independent members to earn income by sharing our products and opportunity.
- Operation of the Body Whisperer health intelligence platform, including the BSR-1 ring firmware, companion mobile application, and cloud-based data services.
We sell to customers in more than 20 countries, with primary markets in the United Kingdom, continental Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Our UK fulfilment hub is located at our registered address.
2. Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains span several sectors and geographies. The principal categories are:
Nutritional supplements & skincare
Active ingredients and finished products are sourced from GMP-certified manufacturing facilities. We require certifications of analysis and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance from all suppliers. Where ingredients are sourced internationally, we give preference to suppliers who participate in third-party ethical auditing programmes.
BSR-1 Smart Ring — hardware components
Electronic components, sensors, and titanium components for the BSR-1 ring are sourced from specialist manufacturers. Given the higher modern slavery risk profile associated with electronics manufacturing and mineral supply chains in certain regions, we apply enhanced due diligence to this category.
Packaging & fulfilment
Packaging materials are sourced from UK and EU suppliers wherever commercially feasible. Our UK fulfilment operations are conducted at our own premises, giving us direct oversight of working conditions.
Technology & digital services
Software development, cloud infrastructure, and digital platform services are procured from established providers with publicly available ethical sourcing and human rights policies.
3. Our Policies
NeatResearch maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms. Our relevant internal policies include:
- Supplier Code of Conduct: All new suppliers are required to confirm compliance with applicable labour law, to prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or child labour, and to provide safe and fair working conditions. We incorporate anti-slavery provisions into supplier contracts.
- Recruitment Policy: We recruit directly and do not use labour agencies that charge recruitment fees to workers — a practice closely associated with debt bondage.
- Whistleblowing Policy: All staff, members, and supply chain partners are encouraged to raise concerns without fear of retaliation. Concerns can be reported confidentially via [email protected].
- Member Code of Ethics: Prosperity Network members are bound by our Code of Ethics, which prohibits exploitative, coercive, or deceptive recruitment practices. Membership can be terminated for violations.
4. Due Diligence
We take the following steps to identify and address modern slavery risk in our operations and supply chains:
- Pre-qualification questionnaires requesting labour practice, health and safety, and ethical trade information from all new suppliers.
- Preference for suppliers holding accreditation from recognised ethical trade bodies (e.g., SEDEX/SMETA, SA8000, or equivalent).
- Enhanced scrutiny of electronics component suppliers, given well-documented risks in certain mineral and manufacturing supply chains.
- Review of supplier country risk profiles using the Global Slavery Index and UK Government guidance on supply chain risk.
- Periodic review of existing supplier relationships, with particular attention to price pressure that may indicate labour exploitation risk downstream.
5. Risk Assessment
We have assessed our highest-risk supply chain categories as follows:
| Category | Risk level | Mitigating actions |
|---|---|---|
| Electronics / BSR-1 components | Medium–High | Enhanced supplier due diligence; GMP + ethical audit requirements |
| Supplement ingredient sourcing | Medium | GMP certification required; Certificates of Analysis reviewed per batch |
| Packaging materials | Low–Medium | UK/EU sourcing preferred; supplier code of conduct in contracts |
| UK direct employment | Low | Direct employees; Living Wage commitment; HMRC-compliant payroll |
| Digital / cloud services | Low | Established providers with published human rights policies |
6. Key Performance Indicators
We measure the effectiveness of our programme against the following indicators:
- Percentage of active suppliers who have signed our Supplier Code of Conduct (target: 100% for Tier 1 suppliers).
- Number of supplier ethical audits completed or reviewed per year.
- Number of modern slavery concerns or whistleblowing reports received and investigated.
- Completion rate of modern slavery awareness training by staff.
7. Training
All new employees receive awareness training on modern slavery as part of their induction. Staff involved in procurement and supply chain management receive additional training on identifying warning signs of labour exploitation. We review and update our training programme annually, incorporating any changes to guidance from the Home Office, the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA), or other relevant bodies.
8. Approval
This statement has been approved by the board of directors of NeatResearch Laboratories Limited and covers our financial year ending 2026. It will be reviewed and updated annually.
