1. Merchant Overview

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and merchant compliance as mandated by global card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
2. Subscription & Billing Transparency
In accordance with 2026 Visa/Mastercard Subscription Mandates, ProsperGene ensures full transparency in recurring billing:
- Clear Disclosure: All subscription terms, including price, currency, frequency, and duration, are clearly disclosed at the point of sale before any payment is taken.
- Billing Reminders: Automated email notifications are sent at least 7 days prior to any recurring charge.
- Transaction Receipts: A detailed digital receipt is sent to the cardholder immediately following every successful transaction.
2a. Subscription Opt-In Practices
In compliance with card scheme requirements, ProsperGene requires active cardholder opt-in before any recurring charge is initiated:
- Affiliate Membership (prospergene.com/join): Cardholders must tick an explicit opt-in checkbox confirming they authorise a one-time $35.00 activation fee plus $8.95 recurring monthly subscription (total $43.95 today, then $8.95/month on the same date each month). The submit button remains disabled until this checkbox is ticked.
- Auto-Ship Product Orders (prospergene.com/checkout): When a cart contains subscription (auto-ship) products, cardholders must tick a consent checkbox disclosing the exact recurring amount and billing interval before the order is processed. Submission is blocked without this consent.
- Trial Periods: Where trial or promotional pricing applies, the trial duration, trial amount, and the post-trial recurring amount are clearly shown at the point of purchase.
- Cancellation at Point of Sale:Every opt-in disclosure links directly to the member's self-service cancellation dashboard and the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
3. Easy Cancellation Policy
We believe in "Simple Entry, Simple Exit." Cardholders may cancel their membership at any time through the following methods:
- Self-Service: Access the "Subscription" tab in your Member Dashboard to cancel with a single click.
- Support Request: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made once a cancellation is confirmed.
4. Refund & Dispute Resolution
ProsperGene offers a 90-Day "Empty Bottle" Money-Back Guarantee on physical products. In compliance with card network regulations and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we provide a statutory 14-day cancellation and cooling-off window for all physical product orders and membership signups. Within this window, cardholders can cancel their order for a full, immediate refund. For recurring monthly subscriptions, charges are 100% refundable up to 30 days.
To ensure cardholders have a clear and frictionless path to dispute or cancel an order without breaching payment network rules, cancellation requests are processed immediately. To avoid unnecessary chargeback fees, we encourage users to contact our support team first for an immediate resolution.
5. Data Security (PCI-DSS)
We never store full card numbers on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant providers. Our website uses industry-standard TLS encryption to protect your data during transit.
